Sleep Talk

Goulding Sleep talk process is a program that teaches parents to help foster and promote their child’s resilience and self-esteem, by delivering positive affirmations and suggestions while they sleep. It is a non-intrusive, ethical and safe approach, that produces incredible changes and helps create a calm and happy household, taking just two minutes each night for a period of three months.

Up until the age of 10 years old, children are more easily able to access their subconscious mind, spending more time in this suggestible state than adults do, however, this makes them especially vulnerable to believing negative comments and suggestions as true because these suggestions are not filtered by the logical conscious mind. These negative comments sit in the subconscious mind and the child takes them on as true beliefs about themselves, which then affects their behaviour and how they respond to the world. These negative beliefs can come from anywhere in the environment such as parents, grandparents, teachers, friends and the media.

Positive phrases that parents are taught in the sleep talk program access the subconscious mind and over time, replace the old negative beliefs, change behaviour and help equip your child to better face life’s challenges.
