Virtual Gastric Band Hypnotherapy

The Virtual Gastric Band is a non-surgical technique, which uses the power of hypnosis to retrain you to be satisfied with smaller amounts of food. It changes how you think about food and gives very safe, very predictable results. Hypnotherapy convinces the brain that the stomach is full after a certain level of intake and that there is no need for more food.

This is definitely NOT a diet, which only work in the short term. The Virtual Gastric Band allows you to eat what you want but will enable you to feel full on smaller portions. Because it is not a diet, you won’t feel deprived, miserable or hungry, the issues which cause most diets to fail. As the Virtual Gastric Band effectively negates these issues, you are left with a long-term solution to your weight problems.

The Virtual Gastric Band may achieve similar results to the Medical Gastric band or sleeve procedure quickly and privately, without the lengthy delay of hospital waiting lists, and of course carries no costly invasive surgery, no risks and no on-going medical treatment.

To achieve your weight loss goal with this technique, you will need to set aside 1 hour a week for one on one sessions over 4, which can take place either face to face in my clinic or online in the comfort of your own home. You will also need to commit to listening to a personalised hypnosis recording of approximately 15 minutes duration and exercise daily. There will also be personalised phone calls and text messages to check in on your progress throughout the duration.

In addition to these 1-hour sessions, I also offer a 2 1/2 hour regression session, to heal the very core and source of your weight loss blocks which can originate from childhood, the womb and/or DNA.
